Michael Aubin

CEO

Michael Aubin is the CEO of Via Analytics. He is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company. Michael is a global sales and technology executive with proven track record of success with early stage, mid-size, and large companies. Companies include Fidelity Investments, TIBCO Software, Progress Software, Metaserver, Verizon, and most recently the Qt Company. Positions include Sales and Business Development leadership as well as COO. Michael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Babson College. Michael has also participated with the Babson College Corporate Leadership & Training, Career Planning, and Mentor Programs and received the Richard J. Snyder Distinguished Service Award in 2015.

Melinda Caldwell

Founder

Melinda Caldwell is Founder of Via Analytics and President of Via Recyclables, a professional services company that helps clients improve their sustainability performance. Melinda, a TRUE Advisor, helps her clients gain a clear vision into waste diversion opportunities and plan implementation. Melinda managed and collaborated with regional, state, and regulatory agencies in solid waste and diversion programs through legislation, plan development, implementation, and infrastructural support. Melinda assisted in the remediation and permanent closure of two environmentally hazardous sites. Melinda holds a BA in Psychology from Missouri State University and MEd from Harvard University.

Anastasia Shilling

CTO

Anastasia Shilling is CTO of Via Analytics and is responsible for the management of the software and product-related activities. Anastasia has over 30 years experience in software development. She was Director of Product Management for Quintessential Solutions and VP of Development for Salestar. She has also held business development and sales positions for companies such as Fair Isaac and TIBCO Software. Anastasia holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Tracey MacGowan

Director of Client Support

Tracey MacGowan is Via's Director of Client support. She weaves her experiences from education, technology and design to empower clients to use Via's full potential towards meeting their zero waste and sustainability goals. Tracey also manages Via's customer's data flow and data quality assurance. Tracey's prior work includes counseling and over 20 years experience in the Texas university system as an instructional designer, distance educator and researcher. She holds a BA in Psychology and a MEd from the University of North Texas.
